Standard bearings, contactors and general hydraulic components are broadly available again, with lead times close to pre-disruption norms across mainstream references.
Certified and configured items have not
Hazardous area equipment, certified process valves and configured drive packages continue to carry extended lead times, because the constraint is engineering and certification capacity rather than raw material.
The planning implication
Treating all categories with the same planning assumption is what produces late packages. Categories with certification or configuration content need to be identified early and ordered on a different timeline.
